Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drawing & Design Support

● Prepare 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings including layouts, schematics, and detailed designs as per project requirements.

● Develop and update electrical, mechanical, or layout drawings based on engineering inputs.

● Convert conceptual designs, sketches, and markups into accurate CAD drawings.

● Ensure drawings meet company standards, specifications, and client requirements.

2. Drawing Modification & Revision Control

● Revise and update drawings based on site changes, engineering feedback, or design modifications.

● Maintain proper version control and documentation of all drawings.

● Ensure timely release of updated drawings to site and execution teams.

3. Coordination & Technical Support

● Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to clarify drawing requirements.

● Provide technical drawing support during execution, installation, and commissioning stages.

● Assist in resolving drawing-related discrepancies at site.

4. Quality & Documentation

● Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drawings.

● Maintain organized drawing records for audits, handover, and future reference.

● Follow internal quality processes and documentation standards.
