About Ailvil Healthcare Pvt Ltd

Ailvil Healthcare is a growing healthcare organization committed to delivering quality healthcare solutions and maintaining a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team.


Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database.

Assist in payroll preparation and HR administration.

Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR softwares.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.


Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of payroll processing and labor compliance.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
