Job Description

Job Summary: The Office Boy / Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by carrying out administrative, banking, housekeeping, and messenger duties. The role requires punctuality, honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to perform any official task assigned by the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking & Financial Support


  • Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash deposits (where applicable), withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
  • Collect bank statements, cheque books, and other banking documents.
  • Coordinate with bank officials for routine office requirements.
  • Ensure safe handling of cheques, cash, and confidential documents.

Office Administration:

Deliver and collect official documents from clients, vendors, government offices, and courier agencies.

  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document organization.
  • Maintain proper records of dispatched and received documents.
  • Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.

Office Maintenance:

Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Arrange meeting rooms before meetings.
  • Maintain office furniture, equipment, and common areas.
  • Monitor cleanliness of pantry and washrooms and coordinate with housekeeping if required.

Outdoor Duties:

Visit government offices, courier offices, vendors, and service providers as assigned.

  • Handle document submissions and collections.
  • Complete all outdoor official errands promptly.


General Support:

Carry out any office-related task assigned by management.

  • Assist during office events, meetings, and client visits.
  • Support all departments whenever required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills:

Basic reading and writing skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
  • Ability to travel locally for official work.
  • Time management and punctuality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass (Preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in office assistance, messenger, or housekeeping roles is preferred.
  • Working Hours: As per company working hours.
  • Willingness to work beyond office hours if required for urgent official work.
