Lanscape Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces, preparing landscape plans, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Prepare landscape design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

2)Develop planting plans, hardscape designs, and irrigation layouts.

3)Create 2D and 3D presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.

4)Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

5)Conduct site visits and supervise landscape execution.

6)Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and material specifications.

7)Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1)Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

2)1–5 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong design skills may also apply).

3)Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

4)Good communication and teamwork skills.

5)Knowledge of plants, landscape materials, and site execution is preferred
