Branch Executive

Branch Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a bank branch while providing excellent customer service and helping achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Promote banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and loans.
• Verify customer documents and complete KYC formalities.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the banking system.
• Support cash and non-cash banking operations as per branch requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Meet monthly sales and service targets assigned by the branch.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate (preferred)
• Age: 18–30 years (may vary by bank)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Gender: Male & Female
