Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Address customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
