DBS Helpdesk


The DBS Helpdesk Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries related to various Bank products and services through inbound/outbound calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to:
  • Internet Banking
  • Insurance
  • Retail Banking
  • Loan Products
  • Other Banking Services
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within the defined timelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team whenever required.
  • Ensure professional communication and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
