Job Description
* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and data entry.
* Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
* Record receipts, payments, and journal entries in accounting software.
* Reconcile bank statements and customer/supplier accounts.
* Maintain petty cash and expense records.
* Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
* Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
* Organize and maintain accounting files and documents.
* Support the Accounts Manager in audits and financial activities.
* Coordinate with other departments for billing and payment-related queries.
* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
