Senior Technician

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician with 3–4 years of experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform periodic maintenance and scheduled servicing of vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Conduct inspections to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, and AC repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Ensure repairs are completed within the allotted time and quality standards.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and workshop safety procedures.
• Prepare job cards and update service records accurately.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding repair status and additional work.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Motor Mechanic Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic / Automobile)
• Experience: 3–4 years in an authorized automobile dealership or automobile service workshop.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of automobile systems and vehicle servicing.
• Experience using diagnostic scanners and workshop tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
