Field Sales Executive

Candidates with 4-5 yrs of experience in sales and Marketing activities who has better contacts with Architects , Designers and structural consultants ,interior designers who can approach and generate leads for industrial commercial construction activates may small ,big industrial construction projects in and around Pune region.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales for industrial infrastructure and office interior turnkey projects. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (industrial, commercial, corporate).

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online research. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/design teams to propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver project presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals

. • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and project progress using CRM tools.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings for networking and promotion. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil/Interior Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of sales experience in construction, infrastructure, or interior fit-out industry preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand technical project requirements and design concepts.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
