Job Title: HR Assistant

Company: Moham Capital Private Limited

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + PF


Job Summary:


Moham Capital Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, statutory compliance support, employee engagement activities, and general administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with PF-related documentation and employee queries.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR and administrative requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.


Requirements:


  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in document management and employee file maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of PF and other statutory compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
