Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and responsible candidate who can assist in the day-to-day operations of our branding, exhibition, and marketing projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Prepare estimates, quotations, and costing sheets as per project requirements.

2. Manage client data, project records, and documentation efficiently.

3. Coordinate and handle exhibition projects, branding activities, fabrication work, and other marketing assignments.

4. Follow up regularly with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.

6. Manage work and communications in my absence and act as a point of contact when required.

7. Take daily updates from job managers (morning and evening) and maintain project status reports.

8. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met.

9. Assist in project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.

10. Help resolve day-to-day project issues and ensure smooth workflow.

*Requirements:*

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic project management.

* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

* Prior experience in exhibitions, branding, events, advertising, or project coordination will be preferred.

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling work independently.
