Job Description

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Shop Floor Systems & Quality Coordinator to support our Supervisor and Foreman by creating, implementing and monitoring shop-floor systems. The role focuses on SOPs, quality, inventory discipline, storage, housekeeping, packaging checks and daily reporting.


Key Responsibilities


• Create and implement practical SOPs and shop-floor checklists.

• Monitor daily shop-floor activities and ensure SOP compliance.

• Maintain discipline in raw material, WIP, rejection and finished goods storage.

• Ensure proper labelling and prevent material mixing.

• Support stock verification and inventory accuracy.

• Conduct quality checks before packaging and dispatch.

• Ensure correct packaging, labelling and segregation of approved, rejected and

rework material.

• Monitor housekeeping (5S), cleanliness and safe storage practices.

• Submit daily reports covering quality, inventory, housekeeping and corrective actions.
