Retail Store Manager

Position: Store Incharge – Automobile SparesExperience: 5 to 10 Years

Industry: Automobile / Automotive Spare Parts

Salary: Depends on Last Drawn Salary & Experience

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Sunday

• Key Responsibilities:Manage overall store operations and inventory control of automobile spare parts.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock verification.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to avoid stock shortages.
• Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward material movements.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and service departments for smooth operations.
• Minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Automobile Spare Parts Store Management.
• Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
• Experience in ERP/software-based inventory systems preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Graduate preferred.
