Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (Full-Time)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers over the phone. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance Incentives
