Job Description

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective and existing clients. This role involves handling Land owners, Builders, Layout Source, Important lesadersn Business, Channel Partner

*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and property sales processes.

Salary - 25,000/- to 30,000/-
