Interior Site Supervisor

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project management team to achieve successful project delivery.

Salary Bracket - 45,000 - 60,000

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all interior fit-out works at the site.

- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.

- Plan and monitor manpower deployment and material requirements.

- Ensure timely completion of activities as per the project schedule.

- Conduct regular quality inspections and rectify site issues promptly.

- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and procurement.

- Maintain proper documentation, including site records and work progress.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.

- Attend client and consultant meetings and implement approved decisions.

- Identify potential delays and suggest practical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects for residential, commercial. Specially residential projects.

- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing coordination.

- Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
