Job Description
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and service requests related to home appliance repair.
- Create and update service tickets in the CRM/service management system.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians/service partners.
- Search, identify, and onboard qualified technicians/service partners in new locations as per service requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of reliable service technicians across different cities and regions.
- Allocate service jobs to suitable technicians based on location, availability, and expertise.
- Track repair jobs and provide timely updates to customers.
- Follow up on pending, rescheduled, and completed service requests.
- Coordinate with spare parts and operations teams for repair requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally; escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Monitor technician performance, turnaround time (TAT), and customer feedback.
- Maintain an updated database of technicians, service partners, and service coverage.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and call details.
- Ensure service requests are closed within defined SLAs.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
- Prepare daily service follow-up and status reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
