About Family Doctor

Family Doctor is a technology-enabled home healthcare organization providing doctor home visits, nursing care, diagnostics, and healthcare services across Hyderabad. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to become the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Assist patients in booking doctor home visits and healthcare services.

• Coordinate appointments between patients, doctors, and the operations team.

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and service feedback.

• Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.

• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Freshers and candidates with customer support, telecalling, healthcare, BPO, or front office experience are welcome to apply.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
