✅ Manage In-house Telecalling Team (25–30 Headcount)

✅ No Field Collection Work

✅ Ensure Assigned Targets Are Achieved

✅ Interact with High-Risk Customers & Resolve Accounts

✅ Coordinate with Collection Manager / Bucket Manager

✅ Follow Up on Dialer Calls as Required

✅ Ensure Team Productivity & Follow-Up Intensity


🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:

✔️ Experience in Collection Process

✔️ Banking / NBFC / Fintech Background Preferred

✔️ Good Communication in English, Hindi & South Indian Language
