Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Telecallers and Field Collection Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in collections, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and supervise Telecallers and Field Collection Executives.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are achieved.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving difficult collection cases.
- Ensure adherence to RBI, DRA, and company compliance guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS and collection reports.
- Train new team members and improve team efficienc

TelecallersExperience in collection/recovery preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve collection targets.
- 2. Field Collection Executives with DRA Certification
- Experience in field collections.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
