Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise workers, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing and packing tasks. The candidate should be able to handle manpower, monitor output, reduce wastage, and maintain discipline on the production floor.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing, packing, and production activities.

• Allocate work to workers based on daily production requirements.

• Ensure products are manufactured and packed as per quality standards.

• Monitor production output and ensure targets are completed on time.

• Maintain proper workflow on the production floor.

• Check raw material availability and coordinate with the inventory team.

• Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.

• Train workers on product handling, packing methods, safety, and quality checks.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the production area.

• Report daily production status, manpower attendance, delays, and issues to management.

• Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect products before dispatch.

• Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

• Handle worker issues and ensure proper team coordination.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing supervision.

• Ability to manage workers and daily floor operations.

• Basic knowledge of quality checking and stock handling.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and complete daily targets.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
