Job Summary
A Guest Relation Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting them during their visit, and ensuring they have a positive experience. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, handling guest requests, and solving complaints politely.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions.
- Maintain a positive relationship with guests and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain guest records and feedback.Provide information about services, facilities, and offers.Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service.
