Job Description – Office Administrator

Position: Office Administrator

Location: Whitefield (Varthur–Gunjur Road), Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent


We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage office administration, housekeeping, and pantry operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, stationery, and asset management.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, travel bookings, and visitor management.
  • Maintain office records, inventory, and purchase requisitions.
  • Support HR with onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and office events.
  • Ensure office facilities are well maintained and comply with company standards.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and MIS reports as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in facility management or a service industry will be an added advantage.

Work Location: Whitefield (Varthur–Gunjur Road), Bangalore. Candidates should be willing to work from the office or relocate if required.
