Retail Staff

he Retail Staff member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, handling billing operations, and ensuring product availability. The role requires assisting customers with their purchases while promoting a positive shopping experience at The Organic World.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers in locating products and provide basic product information.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store premises.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock receiving, and stock replenishment.
• Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or customer service roles.
• Basic understanding of billing and cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
