Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join MSME Filings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and have a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding client requirements, explaining our services, managing follow-ups, collecting and verifying required documents, updating customer information in the CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions while delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in customer relationship management, telesales, customer support, or client servicing is preferred.
