Sales Manager– Material Handling Equipment
Full-Time- Min. 3 Years Experience Field Role
Location – Mumbai
About the Role
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and lead business development efforts in the material handling equipment segment.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial equipment, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the material handling equipment market, including forklifts, conveyors, pallet trucks, stackers, and related machinery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across industries such as warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and retail.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Coordinate with the service and technical team to ensure smooth post-sales support, AMC renewals, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits, site assessments, and market surveys to identify customer requirements and competitive trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of MHE products: forklifts, conveyors, stackers, dock equipment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Graduate in any discipline; B.E./MBA in marketing preferred
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
