Job Description

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers, fabrication units, industrial plants, and scrap generators.

Build a strong pipeline of scrap suppliers across targeted industrial clusters.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.

Achieve monthly and annual procurement volume targets.

Monitor competitor activity and market price trends.

Develop cluster-based acquisition strategies.

Collaborate with operations for smooth logistics and pickup scheduling.

Ensure supplier retention through service excellence.

Identify new segments such as MSMEs, industrial estates, and institutional scrap generators.
