Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Online Commerce Executive to manage our daily e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces.

The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, customer support, and sales performance monitoring.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.
  • Create and update product listings.
  • Process orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
  • Maintain sales and inventory reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and marketplace performance.
  • Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day online business operations.


Required Skills


  • Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
