Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage recruitment for shop floor workers, supervisors, and engineers, including onboarding and manpower planning with plant heads.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, including the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, and Contract Labor Act.
- Industrial Relations & Welfare: Address worker grievances, maintain discipline, manage unions, and enhance employee morale.
- Payroll & Attendance: Monitor daily attendance, shift scheduling, and calculate OT (Overtime).
- Safety & Training: Partner with safety officers to enforce safety policies and conduct training to reduce accidents and improve skills
