Job Description
Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – Full-time, Onsite (Castle Street, Bangalore | 6 days/week).
Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries promptly, and deliver exceptional service experiences.
Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi with a customer-first mindset.
Work Arrangement: Immediate joiners preferred; candidate must be comfortable working on-site 6 days a week.
