Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Client Acquisition
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits
• Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
• Build a strong pipeline of prospects
• 2. Sales Execution
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Present and explain products/services to clients
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• 3. Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams
• 4. Market Intelligence
• Gather insights on competitors and market trends
• Share feedback from customers to improve offerings
• 5. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
• Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth execution

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B or B2C Sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field work and travel within the city
• Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
• Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license
