As we expand our presence, we are looking for an energetic, highly driven Field Marketing Executive / Brand Agent to spearhead our local offline marketing campaigns, build strategic B2B partnerships, and elevate our brand visibility across key corporate and residential hubs.

Role OverviewAs our Brand Marketing Agent, you will be the face of Regain Roots on the ground. Your primary goal is to drive foot traffic and clinical bookings through aggressive field marketing, strategic collaborations, and direct consumer engagement. You will manage hyper-local marketing distribution and organize public awareness events.

• Key Responsibilities1. Local Area Marketing & DistributionStrategize, map, and execute targeted pamphlet, brochure, and flyer distribution campaigns across key commercial and residential sectors (such as Pratap Nagar, Jagatpura, and Haldighati).
• Identify high-footfall zones, premium residential complexes, and commercial markets to optimize marketing material visibility.
• Supervise ground-level distribution networks to ensure minimal wastage and maximum reach.
• 2. B2B Tie-ups & Strategic PartnershipsPitch and secure corporate tie-ups, wellness partnerships, and cross-promotional alliances with local premium fitness centers, salons, corporate offices, and luxury residential societies.
• Set up corporate wellness desks or privilege card programs to offer exclusive clinic benefits to partner organizations.
• 3. Event Coordination & CampaignsAct as the lead coordinator for organizing local medical camps, public health awareness kiosks, and skin/hair consultation pop-ups in the community.
• Handle end-to-end logistics for ground events, including permission procurement, canopy setups, and banner placements.
• Collect high-quality patient/lead data during events and pass them smoothly to the clinic's internal reception team for booking conversions.
• 4. Market IntelligenceTrack and report on competitor ground activities, local pricing trends, and new high-potential marketing zones.
• Provide daily/weekly field reports detailing areas covered, partnerships initiated, and lead generation numbers.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, B2B business development, or local brand promotions (experience in the healthcare, wellness, salon, or pharmaceutical sectors is a huge advantage).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.
• Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily local field travel.
