Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives for our ShopsQ platform. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local shopkeepers daily, onboarding them on the ShopsQ mobile application, collecting KYC documents, providing after-sales support, and maintaining strong business relationships with merchants.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, retailers, and business owners on a daily basis.
• Explain the benefits and features of the ShopsQ mobile application to shopkeepers.
• Onboard new merchants/shopkeepers on the ShopsQ platform.
• Collect and verify required KYC documents from merchants.
• Assist merchants in completing registration and profile setup.
• Train shopkeepers on how to use the ShopsQ application effectively.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve merchant issues or queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and local businesses.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding/sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarding status, and follow-ups.
• Submit Daily Planning Reports before field visits.
• Submit Evening Reports and sales updates to the Reporting Manager every day.
• Coordinate with internal support and operations teams for merchant activation.
• Ensure proper branding and promotional activities in assigned market areas.
• Follow company sales policies, discipline, and reporting structure.

• Ability to handle merchant queries professionally.
• Basic understanding of KYC documentation process.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
• Experience in Field Sales, Merchant Onboarding, FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, or E-commerce will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Reporting To

Working Requirement

• Must own an Android Smartphone.
• Must have own vehicle Bike / Sooty.
• Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Candidate should be disciplined in daily reporting and target achievement.
