Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic marketing plans, increasing brand awareness, and expanding Spybot Security Services Pvt. Ltd.'s client base across government and private sectors. The role involves field marketing, corporate sales, digital marketing coordination, tender lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company sales.
- Generate new business leads from industries, factories, hospitals, educational institutions, residential societies, hotels, commercial complexes, warehouses, and government departments.
- Meet prospective clients and present the company's security services.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the Tender/GeM team for government business opportunities.
- Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, quotations, and service agreements.
- Plan promotional activities, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor competitors' activities and recommend business strategies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Promote all security solutions offered by the company, including Industrial Security, Corporate Security, Residential Security, Event Security, Female Security Guards, Facility Management, Housekeeping Services, and Electronic Security Solutions.
- Travel within Rajasthan and other states as required for business development.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and corporate marketing.
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or security services.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)New client acquisition.

- Client retention rate.
