Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our retail gold jewellery showroom and generate walk-in customers through field marketing activities and local promotions.

The candidate will be responsible for direct customer engagement, event marketing, and building strong local partnerships to increase brand visibility and showroom sales.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Field Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Conduct door-to-door visits in targeted residential and commercial areas

• Distribute promotional materials (brochures, offers, festival schemes)

• Generate leads and convert them into showroom walk-ins

2️⃣ Outdoor & Indoor Promotional Activities

• Plan and execute outdoor promotional campaigns

• Organize marketing stalls at exhibitions, melas, and local markets

• Conduct indoor marketing activities in societies, malls, and corporate offices

3️⃣ Event Marketing

• Coordinate and manage jewellery promotion events

• Support festival campaigns, new collection launches, and special sale events

• Engage customers through product presentations and scheme explanations

4️⃣ Association & Partnership Development

• Build relationships with local associations and community groups

• Collaborate with housing societies, women’s groups, business networks, and clubs

• Develop referral partnerships to increase customer footfall

5️⃣ Brand Promotion

• Increase local brand awareness through ground-level marketing

• Collect customer feedback and market insights

• Represent the brand professionally in all public interactions

Candidate Requirements: Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong communication and convincing skills

✔ Confident personality with customer-handling ability

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✔ Ability to work in field and travel locally

✔ Basic understanding of retail sales and promotions

Preferred Background• Experience in jewellery showroom marketing / retail sales

• Local area knowledge is a strong advantage
