Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday Fixed Weekly Off

Mandatory Requirements

• Women Candidates Only
• Minimum 6months Experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Insurance or any Target-Based Sales Role.
• Good English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
• Proven Track Record of Achieving and Exceeding Sales Targets
• Strong Negotiation and Convincing Skills
• Comfortable Handling Customer Calls and Sales Conversions
• Additional Regional Language Skills will be an Added Advantage
• Career Gap Candidates with Prior Sales Experience are Welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally
• Explain company services and offerings to prospective customers
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets consistently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Strong follow-up and conversion ratio
• Excellent customer handling and relationship-building skills
