Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities while conducting regular field visits to client locations, vendor sites, and project locations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage both office and field responsibilities effectively.
Note: Mandatory to have a Vehicle & Driving Licence
Key Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
2. Conduct regular field visits to client, vendor, and project sites.
3. Ensure operational processes are followed and service standards are maintained.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of work.
5. Prepare field visit reports and maintain accurate documentation.
6. Identify operational issues during field visits and recommend corrective actions.
7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
8. Verify site compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
9. Maintain records, reports, and operational data.
10. Support management with operational planning and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or field coordination (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Valid driving license (preferred).
