Job Description

Position : Customer Support Executive – TOYOTA

CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per annum

Eligibility:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication skills)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Details:

  • General shift
  • Rotational week off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines
