Job Details:

  • Role: Voice Process Executive (No Sales)
  • Location: Perungudi, Chennai
  • Take-home Salary: From ₹13,000 - Up to ₹20,000


  • Job Description:
  • Make outbound calls to customers whose loans have already been approved.
  • Welcome customers and explain the next steps in the loan process.
  • Verify basic customer details and assist with any queries.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • No sales or target-based calling.


Language Requirement

  • Candidates should know any one of the following languages along with English:
  • Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Assamese, Odia, Bengali
