  • Provide information about menu items, flavors, and promotions.

  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure orders are served in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service.
  • Promote special offers and upsell additional products to enhance customer experience.
  • Process payments and handle cash register operations.
  • work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
