### Position: Sales Business Development Executive
### Job Summary
Bajaj Holographics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence in the packaging, security, and holographic solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's range of holographic and packaging products.
### Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics, food, logistics, and industrial sectors.
* Promote and sell the company's products, including holograms, hologram labels, holographic tear tapes, security VOID tapes, self-adhesive tapes, PVC blister foils, metallized films, lens films, holographic films, and other printing and packaging materials.
* Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, client visits, and networking activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of security and packaging solutions to clients.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
* Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
* Experience in the packaging, printing, holographic, adhesive tape, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Knowledge of holographic products, security packaging, and adhesive tapes.
* Excellent customer relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
