Location: Jaipur
Job Type: Full-time (Field Work)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers & Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain)
Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Karna Hoga)
Client Acquisition: Naye clients aur customers se milna aur unhe company ke products/services bechna.
Daily Field Visits: Daily local market/area me visit karke new leads generate karna.
Product Demo & Negotiation: Customers ko product samajhana, unke doubts clear karna aur deals close karna.
Relationship Management: Purane clients ke sath acche relations maintain rakhna taaki repeat business mile.
Target Achievement: Company dwara diye gaye monthly/weekly sales targets ko acheive karna.
Reporting: Daily visits, leads aur sales status ki report manager ko dena.
Requirements / Eligibility (Kiski Zaroorat Hai)
Qualification: 12th Pass ya Graduate (kisi bhi stream me).
Mandatory Requirements:
Apni Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) aur Driving License zaroori hai.
Smart Phone hona zaroori hai.
Skills:
Strong Communication aur Negotiation skills (Achi Hindi communication zaroori).
Convincing power aur confidence.
Local Jaipur geography ki achi knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 / Month (Experience ke hisaab se)
Incentives: Performance-based High Incentives. 4000
Allowances: Fuel / Travel Allowance extra milega.
