Job Description
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Healthcare Sales Executives / Telecallers who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective and existing customers.
- Explain healthcare packages and diagnostic services.
- Convert leads into successful bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health packages.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and CRM updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- EligibilityExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Healthcare Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
