Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products as per order requirements, packing them safely, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPickingPick products from warehouse racks according to pick lists or system-generated orders.
• Verify product name, quantity, batch, and expiry before picking.
• Ensure accuracy and minimize picking errors.
• Report stock discrepancies or damaged products to the supervisor.
• PackingPack products securely according to company standards.
• Ensure proper labeling, invoicing, and documentation of orders.
• Handle frozen, chilled, and ambient products as per storage guidelines.
• Prepare orders for dispatch within the specified timelines.
• Warehouse OperationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
• RequirementsMinimum Education: 12th/ Graduate Pass.
• Experience: 0-2 years in warehouse, FMCG, grocery, or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory and order handling.
• Physically fit and able to lift cartons and products.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.
