About Us: P.S. Hospitality Services is one of Eastern India's growing commercial kitchen equipment companies, serving hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, institutions, and industrial kitchens. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Specialist who can independently build and manage our brand across all social media platforms.

Position: Social Media Specialist (Female)This role is for someone who loves creating content, understands social media trends, and can take complete ownership of our digital presence—from strategy and planning to content creation, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.


This is not just a posting job. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and consistently produce engaging content that grows our brand.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage all company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, create, and execute a monthly content calendar.
  • Ensure timely execution of the approved content plan.
  • Create engaging reels, short videos, stories, and social media posts.
  • Shoot and professionally edit videos using mobile or desktop editing software.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns and fresh content ideas.
  • Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and followers organically.
  • Capture office activities, product showcases, installations, customer interactions, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Support the team with photography, videography, editing, and creative requirements.
  • Coordinate with the company's SEO team, digital marketing agencies, photographers, and other marketing partners whenever required.
  • Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative content formats.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for a confident, energetic, and creative professional who is comfortable appearing on camera and enjoys creating engaging video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of presentation, excellent communication skills, and a professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for representing the company's brand across digital platforms. A vibrant personality, confidence in front of the camera, and the ability to connect with audiences through reels and videos will be highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have prior experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
  • Be capable of handling the entire social media function independently.
  • Have a strong on-camera presence and excellent presentation skills.
  • Be well-groomed, professional, and capable of representing the company's brand.
  • Be creative, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
  • Be proficient in video shooting and editing.
  • Have an active personal social media profile with a good follower base and strong engagement that reflects creativity and content quality.
  • Be comfortable creating promotional, educational, behind-the-scenes, and trending content.
  • Possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).

Eligibility: Female candidates only.

  • Experienced candidates only. Freshers will not be considered.
  • Candidates with a proven portfolio of content creation and social media management will be given preference.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Salary will be offered based on experience, current salary, skills, portfolio, and interview performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

As the company grows, the selected candidate may also be entrusted with additional responsibilities related to branding, campaign planning, digital promotions, event coverage, marketing coordination, and business development support, based on performance and capabilities.
