Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Executive to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Negotiate repayment plans within company guidelines.
- Update collection status and customer feedback in the mobile application/CRM.
- Ensure all collections are deposited as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and productivity goals.
- Escalate difficult or fraud-related cases to the reporting manager.
- Adhere to all RBI and company compliance guidelines during collection activities.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 06–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, field sales, or customer service.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and MS Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferred SkillsCustomer handling skills.
- Negotiation and convincing ability.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
