Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Company: AVR Uniforms
Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi
Job Type: Full Time
Experience Required: 2 to 8 years (Early career professionals preferred)
Salary: ₹2.5 Lakh to ₹3.5 Lakh per year
What Will This Person Do Every Day?
- Enter details of goods sent out — delivery slips and invoices — into our software VasyERP
- Maintain sample records — when a sample goes out and when it comes back
- Enter purchase orders when we buy from a vendor
- Enter sales orders when a school places an order
- Keep stock records updated — pieces coming in and going out
- Maintain Excel sheets — payment trackers, order lists, and daily MIS sheets
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to work faster and more accurately
What Should This Person Know?
- Must be strong in Excel — filters, sorting, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas. This is compulsory
- Experience on any ERP software like Tally, SAP, or Busy is a bonus — but not required. We will train the right person on our software
- Must be a regular user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy
- Very sharp attention to detail
