Job Description
Job Title: Amazon Listing & Stock Update Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Amazon Listing & Stock Update Specialist to manage product listings, inventory updates, and catalog maintenance on Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate product information, monitor stock levels, and maintain listing quality to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
Upload product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords.
Monitor inventory levels and update stock quantities regularly.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and catalog errors.
Maintain pricing updates and product variations when required.
Conduct routine audits to ensure listing accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies.
Track out-of-stock products and update availability status promptly.
Generate inventory and listing performance reports.
Assist with new product launches and catalog expansion projects
