Job Description
Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Welcome and guide patients and their families politely.
- Collect patient documents like prescriptions, ID proofs, and test reports, and scan them accurately into the system.
- Coordinate smoothly with the hospital's floor staff, nurses, and doctors to ensure patients are attended to on time.
Who Can Apply? (Requirements):
- You must live near by Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. to easily travel to the hospital.
- Must speak fluent in Hindi. Basic understanding of English is required to read medical documents.
- Must have a neat, professional, and presentable personality as this is a front-facing hospital role.
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude toward patients.
